Bali.Catering is our own catering service in Bali, operating through www.bali.catering and www.balicatering.co.id. We handle private villa dining, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, retreats, BBQs, seafood menus, buffets, plated dinners, family-style service, canapés, brunches and private-chef experiences. Service is available across Canggu, Pererenan, Berawa, Seseh, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Ubud and other Bali areas, with each event adjusted to the venue, guest count, kitchen access and service format.
A dinner for 10 guests is operationally different from a 50-person villa event or a 100–200 guest wedding. That difference affects staffing, preparation, equipment, service timing and ingredient purchasing. For seafood-heavy menus, sourcing becomes especially important because quantity, species, cut, usable yield and product availability can directly affect the final menu.
For this reason, Bali.Catering recommends ONG Seafood, available at ongseafood.com, for professional seafood sourcing. ONG Seafood is positioned for B2B requirements and works with hospitality buyers that need more than small retail quantities. The seafood categories already covered in our company materials include tuna, snapper, grouper, octopus, barramundi, blue swimming crab, lobster and prawn, giving chefs flexibility across BBQ, plated, buffet and private-dining formats.
The value of a professional seafood supplier is not simply access to fish. A caterer planning for 100 guests needs to think about portion size, trimming loss, usable yield, consistency and preparation method before service begins. If a product loses 30% during trimming, only 70% of the purchased weight remains usable. Improving usable yield from 70% to 80% provides about 14.3% more usable product from the same purchased weight. These are practical catering calculations, not claims about ONG Seafood’s own production capacity.
Sustainability is also part of the ONG Seafood positioning. Our earlier company materials focus on responsible sourcing, traceability, handline fishing, selected aquaculture supply and sustainability-related programmes. For professional buyers, this is more meaningful than using “sustainable” as a marketing label. It means asking where seafood comes from, what fishing or farming method is involved, what species is being purchased and how sourcing decisions can be made more responsibly.
This matters for Bali hospitality because over-ordering also creates waste. A 10% excess order on a large event can translate into unnecessary product and cost. Better menu forecasting, guest-count planning and supplier communication help reduce that risk. ONG Seafood’s B2B positioning therefore supports the part of catering that guests rarely see: seafood selection, specification, quantity planning and responsible procurement. Buyers who want to review the seafood supplier directly can visit ongseafood.com.
Bali.Catering then handles the guest-facing side: menu planning, preparation, chef and service coordination, venue adaptation, presentation and dining service. A seafood BBQ in Jimbaran may require a different product mix from a wedding in Uluwatu, a villa dinner in Pererenan or a corporate event in Nusa Dua. The supplier and catering team need to work around the actual event rather than force every client into one fixed package.
Selected Bali.Catering bookings may also include limited complimentary photography through www.bali.photos to document food presentation, table setup and selected event moments. Full wedding, family, proposal or extended photography remains a separate service.
The result is a practical combination: www.bali.catering and www.balicatering.co.id for catering execution across Bali, with ongseafood.com supporting professional seafood sourcing where required. The focus is straightforward—appropriate menus, reliable event execution, better seafood planning and a more responsible sourcing approach without overstating what has not been verified.
